Booking Policy
- No upfront payment required.
- All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed in writing (email, message, or booking platform).
- Traveler will need to provide the following information, flight number, passport information and visa awarded by the airport.
- Travelers will need to submit the requested documents by replying the received email that contains the booking “reservation” number.
- Traveler will need to submit the requested information in advance by email reservations@gotohabana.com
- If the information is not received in advance, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancelation Policy
- Free cancellation up to [72 hours] before check-in.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing—either through the platform, via email, or by using the designated cancellation link.
- To maintain a fair and reliable booking experience for all users, repeated, excessive, or abusive cancellations—determined at our sole discretion—may lead to permanent suspension of your access to our reservation platform. If banned, you will no longer be able to log in, make bookings, or use the site for future reservations.
Hostel Rental Policy & Rules
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances or solicitation, are strictly forbidden.
- The apartment must not be used for gatherings with unregistered guests without prior approval from the host.
- Guests are encouraged to respect Cuban customs, traditions, and laws during their stay.
- Be courteous and respectful to neighbors and local residents at all times.
