-BOOKING POLICY

• No upfront payment is required.

• Complete the booking process.

• Once the booking is completed, we will send an email with the booking details.

• The traveler must submit the required information “copy of flight ticket, copy passport and copy of visa” via email to reservations@gotohabana.com and include the booking number.

• After we receive the requested documents, your reservation will be confirmed by email.

• The traveler has 24 hours to submit the documents. If not received within this period, the reservation will be canceled.

-CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation up to [72 hours] before check-in.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing—either through the platform, via email, or by using the designated cancellation link.

• To maintain a fair and reliable booking experience for all users, repeated, excessive, or abusive cancellations—determined at our sole discretion—may lead to permanent suspension of your access to our reservation platform. If banned, you will no longer be able to log in, make bookings, or use the site for future reservations.
